TERMS & CONDITIONS

Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC
A Texas Limited Liability Company
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC ("Big Dogz," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the request for, purchase of, or use of services offered by Big Dogz.
By accessing this website, submitting a service request, accepting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, purchasing an eligible service or maintenance plan, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge these Terms.
Where customer authorization or acceptance is required for repair work, deposits, additional work, or other charges, Big Dogz may require a separate written or electronic Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
1. ABOUT BIG DOGZ
Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing mobile recreational vehicle ("RV") inspection, diagnostic, maintenance, repair, installation, and related services.
Depending upon availability, location, technician coverage, licensing requirements, insurance coverage, and applicable law, services may be offered for motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, campers, and other recreational vehicles.
Availability of this website in a particular state does not mean that every Big Dogz service or product is available in that state.
2. GEOGRAPHIC SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Big Dogz may provide or coordinate services in multiple jurisdictions.
Actual mobile repair and maintenance availability depends upon factors including technician availability, travel distance, applicable licensing or registration requirements, insurance coverage, parts availability, local regulations, and operational considerations.
Big Dogz reserves the right to accept or decline a service request based upon geographic location or other legitimate operational considerations.
Third-party service contracts or protection products are offered only where the applicable provider has authorized their sale and where such products may lawfully be offered.
3. SERVICE REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED APPOINTMENTS
Submitting an online, telephone, email, or other service request does not guarantee an appointment or obligate Big Dogz to perform the requested work.
A service request becomes an accepted appointment only after Big Dogz confirms the appointment.
Appointment and arrival times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Mobile technicians may encounter traffic, weather, emergency calls, delays on previous jobs, parts delays, campground access restrictions, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside Big Dogz's reasonable control.
4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting service, including, where requested:
  • Customer name and contact information;
  • Billing information;
  • RV service location;
  • RV year, make, model, and VIN;
  • Description of the reported problem;
  • Relevant warranty or service-contract information;
  • Access information for the RV's location; and
  • Any known condition that could create a safety risk.
The person authorizing work represents that they own the RV or otherwise have legal authority to authorize the requested work.
5. ACCESS TO THE RV
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Big Dogz personnel can safely and legally access the RV at the scheduled location.
If an RV is located at a campground, RV resort, storage facility, gated community, commercial facility, private property, or other restricted location, the customer is responsible for obtaining necessary access or permission.
Additional charges may apply if a technician is substantially delayed, cannot access the RV, or must make an additional trip because access was unavailable, provided such charges have been properly disclosed where required.
6. DIAGNOSTIC, MOBILE SERVICE AND TRAVEL FEES
Big Dogz services may include service-call, dispatch, mileage, travel, diagnostic, inspection, minimum labor, or similar charges.
Applicable charges will be disclosed before authorization whenever reasonably practicable.
A diagnostic fee compensates Big Dogz for technician time, travel, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and professional evaluation.
Payment of a diagnostic fee does not guarantee that the reported condition can be diagnosed or repaired during the initial visit.
Diagnostic, travel, inspection, or service-call charges may remain payable even when the customer chooses not to proceed with recommended repairs.
7. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
Big Dogz may provide the customer with a written or electronic estimate describing proposed work, anticipated parts and materials, estimated labor, applicable fees, taxes where appropriate, and the estimated total cost.
Estimates are based upon information and conditions reasonably known or observable when prepared.
An estimate does not guarantee that additional defects or conditions will not be discovered.
Such conditions may include:
  • Concealed damage;
  • Corrosion;
  • Water intrusion;
  • Electrical faults;
  • Structural damage;
  • Previous improper repairs;
  • Inaccessible components;
  • Additional component failures; or
  • Other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before inspection or disassembly.
Unless otherwise stated, an estimate is not a guaranteed final price if the customer subsequently authorizes additional work, parts, materials, shipping, taxes, or other charges.
Big Dogz may place an expiration date on an estimate because labor rates, parts prices, freight costs, and availability may change.
8. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE AND WORK AUTHORIZATION
Before ordering significant parts or beginning authorized repair work, Big Dogz may require the customer to accept and electronically or physically sign a Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement.
Customer authorization may be obtained through:
  • Electronic signature;
  • Online customer portal;
  • Email;
  • Text message;
  • Written signature; or
  • Another documented method permitted by applicable law.
Authorization for diagnostic work does not automatically authorize additional repairs unless expressly stated.
The customer's acceptance of an estimate authorizes only the work reasonably identified in the accepted estimate and related authorization.
9. DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS
Big Dogz may require an advance payment or percentage deposit before:
  • Ordering parts or materials;
  • Scheduling substantial repair work;
  • Reserving technician time;
  • Incurring significant travel expenses;
  • Ordering special-order components; or
  • Otherwise committing substantial company resources to a customer's repair.
The required deposit amount or percentage will be disclosed to the customer before payment.
The customer's deposit will be credited toward the applicable final invoice.
The purpose of requiring an advance payment is, among other things, to allow Big Dogz to purchase authorized parts and materials and commit resources to the customer's repair without requiring Big Dogz to finance those customer-specific costs from Company operating funds.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Big Dogz is not required to order parts, commit substantial resources, or commence the applicable authorized work until the required deposit has been received and successfully processed.
10. USE OF DEPOSITS TO PURCHASE PARTS AND MATERIALS
By accepting the applicable Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement and paying the required deposit, the customer authorizes Big Dogz to use all or part of that payment to purchase parts, materials, equipment, shipping, freight, or other items reasonably required for the authorized work.
Once an authorized part or material has been ordered or purchased, cancellation or refund rights concerning that item may depend upon the supplier's cancellation and return policies and applicable law.
Special-order, custom, electrical/electronic, opened, installed, programmed, configured, or otherwise non-returnable items may not be refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Big Dogz does not automatically characterize an entire customer deposit as non-refundable merely because payment has been made.
If a customer cancels, any refund determination may take into account authorized work already performed and lawful costs already incurred on behalf of that customer.
11. CANCELLATION AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF AN ESTIMATE
If a customer cancels after accepting an estimate or authorizing work, the customer may remain responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for:
  • Diagnostic services already performed;
  • Labor already performed;
  • Mobile service or dispatch charges already incurred;
  • Travel or mileage already incurred;
  • Authorized parts or materials already ordered or purchased;
  • Special-order or non-returnable items;
  • Supplier restocking charges;
  • Shipping and return-shipping charges; and
  • Other specifically authorized expenses reasonably incurred for the customer's work.
Where appropriate, Big Dogz will account for amounts already applied from the customer's deposit when determining any remaining amount payable or refundable.
12. ADDITIONAL WORK AND CHANGE ORDERS
If additional defects or necessary repairs are discovered after the original estimate is accepted, Big Dogz will seek additional customer authorization before performing material work outside the originally authorized scope, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Big Dogz may provide a revised estimate or change order describing the additional work and anticipated charges.
The customer may approve a change order electronically or through another documented authorization method permitted by law.
An approved change order becomes part of the customer's Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement.
Big Dogz may suspend work while awaiting customer authorization.
A customer's failure to authorize additional recommended repairs does not eliminate responsibility for work, diagnostic services, parts, travel, or other charges previously authorized.
13. CUSTOMER-DECLINED REPAIRS
If Big Dogz identifies a condition requiring repair and the customer declines the recommended work, Big Dogz may document that recommendation in the service record or invoice.
Big Dogz may decline to perform a partial repair when, in its reasonable professional judgment, doing so would create an unsafe condition, violate applicable requirements, or result in work that cannot reasonably be completed properly.
The customer remains responsible for previously authorized diagnostic, travel, inspection, labor, parts, and other applicable charges.
14. PARTS AND MATERIALS
Replacement parts may include original equipment manufacturer ("OEM"), aftermarket, rebuilt, remanufactured, or other appropriate components as disclosed or authorized.
Parts availability may affect scheduling and completion.
Special-order parts may require advance payment and may be subject to manufacturer, distributor, or supplier cancellation and return restrictions.
Big Dogz is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays outside its reasonable control.
15. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS
Big Dogz may, at its discretion, agree to install customer-supplied parts.
Unless otherwise required by law, Big Dogz does not warrant the quality, compatibility, condition, performance, or fitness of customer-supplied parts.
Additional labor required because a customer-supplied component is incorrect, defective, incomplete, incompatible, or damaged may result in additional charges following appropriate authorization.
Any Big Dogz workmanship commitment applicable to installation does not constitute a warranty on the customer-supplied component itself.
16. WORKMANSHIP
Any written workmanship guarantee offered by Big Dogz will be stated on the applicable invoice, service agreement, or separate written warranty.
Manufacturer warranties applicable to replacement parts are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond an express written warranty actually provided by Big Dogz.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranty rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CONTRACTS
Big Dogz may offer or make available third-party RV service contracts, protection plans, or similar products.
These products may sometimes be commonly described as "extended warranties." Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable contract, a separately purchased service contract is not a warranty issued by Big Dogz.
The applicable service-contract documentation should identify the company legally responsible for the contract together with the administrator and other information required by applicable law.
Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC is not the provider, obligor, insurer, or claims administrator of a third-party service contract unless the applicable contract expressly identifies Big Dogz in that capacity.
Coverage determinations, claim approvals, exclusions, deductibles, reimbursement amounts, authorization requirements, cancellation rights, coverage limitations, and other benefits are controlled by the actual service contract.
Customers should review the complete service contract before purchasing coverage.
18. NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY CLAIM APPROVAL
The sale of, referral to, or acceptance of work involving a third-party service contract does not guarantee that a future or current repair will be covered.
Coverage decisions are governed by the applicable service contract and are generally made by the provider, administrator, or other party designated by that contract.
Customers may remain responsible for:
  • Deductibles;
  • Diagnostic charges;
  • Non-covered repairs;
  • Excluded components;
  • Maintenance items;
  • Upgrades or betterment;
  • Charges exceeding approved amounts;
  • Unauthorized work; and
  • Other amounts not paid by the third-party provider.
Where prior authorization is required by the applicable service contract, authorization should be obtained before covered repairs proceed.
Unless Big Dogz expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the customer remains ultimately responsible for amounts properly owed to Big Dogz that are not paid by a third-party service-contract provider.
19. INDEPENDENCE FROM RV MANUFACTURERS AND THIRD PARTIES
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Big Dogz is an independent RV service company.
Big Dogz is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of an RV manufacturer, chassis manufacturer, component manufacturer, dealership, insurer, or service-contract provider merely because Big Dogz services that company's products or accepts its service contracts.
All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
20. ANNUAL SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Big Dogz may offer annual or recurring preventive-maintenance and service programs.
The specific services and benefits included in an annual plan will be identified in the plan description or agreement presented when the plan is purchased.
Unless expressly included in writing, an annual service plan does not mean that all repairs, replacement parts, emergency calls, travel expenses, diagnostic services, or labor are provided without additional charge.
Annual maintenance plans offered directly by Big Dogz are separate from third-party service contracts unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers purchasing an annual program may be required to accept a separate Annual Service Plan Agreement.
21. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
If an annual service plan automatically renews, Big Dogz will disclose the applicable renewal terms, frequency, price or method of determining the renewal price, and cancellation procedure as required by applicable law.
Big Dogz will obtain any consent required by applicable law before enrolling a customer in an automatically renewing program.
Customers may cancel recurring services through the cancellation method identified when purchasing the plan and through any additional cancellation method required by applicable law.
22. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Big Dogz may charge a properly disclosed cancellation, dispatch, travel, or no-show fee if a technician has already been dispatched, traveled toward the service location, reserved substantial time, or arrived and cannot obtain access to the RV.
Different cancellation requirements may apply to annual plans and third-party service contracts. Those requirements will be stated in the applicable agreement.
23. PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the estimate, work authorization, invoice, service plan, or checkout page.
Big Dogz may require a percentage deposit or other advance payment as described in these Terms and the customer's Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any remaining balance is due upon completion of the authorized work and before release of the completed work or RV where applicable.
Customers authorize Big Dogz and its payment processors to process charges that the customer has properly authorized.
Returned payments, disputed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may be subject to lawful collection remedies.
24. CREDIT-CARD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact Big Dogz promptly if they believe an invoice or payment is incorrect so that the matter can be investigated.
Customer authorization records, signed estimates, change orders, invoices, payment receipts, photographs, technician records, communications, and other relevant documentation may be retained by Big Dogz and provided to payment processors or financial institutions when reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
25. TAXES AND GOVERNMENTAL CHARGES
Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, service, environmental, disposal, or other taxes and governmental charges associated with their transaction, except taxes imposed directly upon Big Dogz's income.
26. COMPLETION TIMES
Projected repair or completion dates are estimates unless Big Dogz expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Completion may be affected by:
  • Parts availability;
  • Manufacturer or supplier delays;
  • Shipping delays;
  • Weather;
  • Technician availability;
  • Third-party service-contract authorization;
  • Additional discovered damage;
  • Customer delays in approving change orders;
  • Supply-chain conditions; or
  • Other circumstances outside Big Dogz's reasonable control.
27. SAFETY
Big Dogz reserves the right to stop, suspend, or refuse work when a technician reasonably determines that conditions are unsafe.
Examples may include:
  • Unsafe electrical systems;
  • Propane or fuel leaks;
  • Fire hazards;
  • Unstable leveling or support systems;
  • Hazardous materials;
  • Aggressive or uncontrolled animals;
  • Unsafe work locations;
  • Severe weather; or
  • Threatening or abusive conduct.
Customers must disclose known hazards before service begins.
28. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Customers should remove or secure valuables and personal property from areas where technicians will be working.
Big Dogz is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded or the loss or damage results from conduct for which Big Dogz is legally responsible.
29. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL LOSSES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Dogz will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses resulting from a repair delay or component failure, including lost travel time, campground charges, hotel expenses, lost income, missed reservations, towing, vehicle rental, or loss of use, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law or Big Dogz expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND PRICING
Big Dogz makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.
However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, geographic coverage, photographs, technical information, and other website content may change.
Website pricing does not necessarily constitute a binding estimate for a particular repair unless expressly identified as such.
A website error does not require Big Dogz to provide a product or service on materially incorrect terms where applicable law permits correction of the error.
31. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Big Dogz website may contain links to manufacturers, suppliers, service-contract providers, payment processors, scheduling platforms, social-media services, or other third parties.
Big Dogz does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, or terms.
32. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, service descriptions, and other original content owned by Big Dogz are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or represented as belonging to another business without permission except as permitted by law.
33. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE
Users may not use the website to:
  • Engage in unlawful activity;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code;
  • Interfere with website operation;
  • Submit knowingly false information;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Scrape or commercially exploit website content without authorization; or
  • Violate another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
34. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES
Customers who provide an email address or mobile telephone number agree that Big Dogz may use those contact methods for transactional communications concerning:
  • Appointments;
  • Estimates;
  • Technician arrival;
  • Repair authorization;
  • Change orders;
  • Parts availability;
  • Invoices;
  • Payment receipts;
  • Service reminders; and
  • Customer-service matters.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic signatures and documented electronic authorizations may have the same effect as physical signatures.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable consent requirements.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing repair services unless otherwise permitted by law.
35. RECORDS OF CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION
Big Dogz may retain copies of:
  • Estimates;
  • Signed work authorizations;
  • Electronic signatures;
  • Change orders;
  • Customer approvals;
  • Service records;
  • Photographs;
  • Technician notes;
  • Parts records;
  • Payment records;
  • Invoices; and
  • Relevant customer communications.
Such records may be maintained for legitimate business, warranty, accounting, dispute-resolution, insurance, regulatory, and legal purposes in accordance with applicable law and Big Dogz's Privacy Policy.
Customers should retain copies of their estimates, authorizations, invoices, warranties, and service records.
36. PRIVACY
Collection and use of personal information by Big Dogz is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
37. GOVERNING LAW
Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Texas.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by Texas law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, customers retain any non-waivable consumer protections provided by laws applicable to their transaction or state of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a customer of rights that cannot legally be waived.
38. DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Big Dogz promptly regarding a dispute and provide a reasonable opportunity for the Company to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from contacting an appropriate government regulator, consumer-protection agency, service-contract administrator, insurer, payment provider, or other authority.
Any binding arbitration provision, class-action waiver, mandatory venue provision, or similar dispute-resolution requirement will be separately stated where required or appropriate and will be subject to applicable law.
39. STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Consumer protection, RV repair, service-contract, cancellation, warranty, privacy, automatic-renewal, estimate, deposit, and other laws differ among states.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-waivable right provided by applicable law, applicable law controls to the extent of that conflict.
Big Dogz may also provide state-specific notices, disclosures, agreements, or contract provisions where required.
40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Big Dogz may revise these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
Terms applicable to an already-purchased third-party service contract remain governed by the actual contract issued for that purchase.
An accepted Service Estimate, Work Authorization & Customer Agreement remains governed by the terms applicable to that transaction and cannot be retroactively changed merely by changing these website Terms.
41. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary without invalidating the remaining provisions.
42. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THESE TERMS AND CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS
These Terms establish general conditions governing the Big Dogz website and services.
Individual customer transactions may also be governed by:
  • A Service Estimate;
  • Work Authorization;
  • Change Order;
  • Annual Service Plan Agreement;
  • Third-Party Service Contract;
  • Invoice;
  • Written Workmanship Warranty; or
  • Other transaction-specific agreement.
If transaction-specific terms conflict with these general website Terms, the transaction-specific agreement will control for that particular transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

IMPORTANT THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CONTRACT NOTICE
Big Dogz Mobile RV Service LLC may offer service contracts administered or provided by independent third parties.

  • Deductibles;
  • Claim procedures;

  • Maintenance obligations;
  • Coverage limits;

  • Cancellation and refund rights; and
  • State-specific disclosures.
Big Dogz does not independently determine whether a repair is covered under a third-party service contract unless Big Dogz is expressly identified in that contract as the party responsible for making that determination.
